Throughout her career, Rene demonstrated a strong commitment to community service, initiating fundraising efforts for organizations like the Alzheimer's Society, Lupus Canada, and the Canadian Cancer Society. Her passion for giving back extended to volunteering at the 2015 Pan Am games in Toronto, showcasing her dedication beyond the workplace.
